The Job: As a Loss Prevention Associate, you report to the Loss Prevention Supervisor in partnership with the entire store management team to promote good will with customers. The position involves observing customers to ensure that all merchandise leaving the store has been paid for by customers. You will be provided with excellent training on how to perform loss prevention and customer service support activities exposing you to many facets of the Retail Loss Prevention Industry. Responsibilities: As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will gain exposure to key areas of Loss Prevention as well as Store/Company Operations and Procedures.
